Complete Review Intel setup end to end

Follow these steps once to connect your Shopify store, import reviews from Judge.me, and unlock your dashboard.

Connect your Shopify store

Go to the Connect page, enter your myshopify domain, and complete Shopify approval.

Create your Review Intel account

After Shopify connect, create an account or log in to permanently claim your connected store.

Open Judge.me in Shopify

In Shopify admin, open the Judge.me app for the same store.

Copy the Private API token

Inside Judge.me, go to Settings → Integrations → View API tokens, then copy the Private API token.

Paste the token into Review Intel

Open Review Intel Settings, paste the Judge.me Private API token, then click Connect Judge.me.

Run import

Click Run import now to pull reviews into Review Intel.

Review your diagnosis

Go back to the dashboard to see the main issue, strongest fix, and copy suggestions.

Important notes

Use the exact myshopify.com store domain.
Use the Private API token, not the public token.
Right now, one Review Intel account supports one connected store.
If your store has zero reviews, import sample or real reviews into Judge.me first.
